Putin’s Here, He’s there and just about everywhere

Exactly where was Vladimir Putin born? In Saint Petersburg per TASS or in Soch, long the Black Sea coast near the border with Georgia? As a Colonel who is a son of a KGB Colonel, I do not believe TASS, so that’s the first problem, I do not believe the official line. It’s not just him, all living people in Hollywood or Politics, lie; they are astrologically aware. So the inevitable question is the information we have on the President of Russia, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin.

It started at the Olympics

When the Soviets held the Winter Olympics in Sochi, Krasnodar, Russia the Little Colonel said it was picked because that was his hometown area. It was also incredibly warm, being on the subtropical Black Sea, and the snowmaking machines had a horrendous time keeping up, but that’s a minor issue. The real problem is TASS has Putin born in St. Petersburg the royal town of Peter the Great and other Russian tsars on the far north of the Baltic Sea.

It is an interesting pick. The weather in Sochi, Russia is cool, breezy, and wet, with daytime highs around 48°F to 50°F (9°C to 10°C) and nighttime lows around 37°F (3°C) while St. Petersburg at the same time is Russia, is freezing, snowy, and deeply wintry with average daytime highs around 25°F to 28°F (-4°C to -2°C) and nighttime lows dropping to 14°F to 18°F (-10°C to -12°C. Obviously St. Pete would be a better venue for the winter games. But he didnt chose it. I think he did not want camera milling about the place and finding things he did not want them to see; the money in snow blowing was a pittance compared to unveiling of secrets and thus he called on the homeland of Sochi where nothing is and never has been.

But to fend off any argument I am using for the both the “official” and my rectified for the invasion of Kiev.

Where was the hometown?

Most likely President Putin was born in Leningrad, the name for St. Petersburg after the revolution. It was renamed back to St. Petersburg in 1991 after a “city wide vote.” So why would Putin be born there? Because of his father’s position in the Politburo, though President Vladimir says he was a “chef: before WWII. After his disability during the War, Spiridon Putin worked civilian jobs in Leningrad and served as a security guard and later as a foreman at a railway carriage works factor. President Putin says his father was a normal Russian civilian; Kremlin insiders say otherwise.

Now that the place is settled, we must deal with the time. TASS-Pravda-Izvestiya gives Putin has an ascendant of 03 Scorpio 10. Rounding up as Alan Leo and Marc Jones insist makes it Scorpio 04. The Sabian Symbols gives this degree the symbol “old-fashioned ceremony, a candle is lit.” That works as VV, Vladmir Vladimirovich, for he has discussed often his mother snuck him away to a Russian Orthodox Church to be baptized against his father’s will; Spiridon was an atheist.

This degree clinches the propaganda well. Perhaps they too looked at the symbols, it would not surprise me. Those guys don’t let much get by. There are some striking placements in the above chart. Saturn is in the twelfth house of government and he does rule with an iron fist. His Venus is in Mars opposite Jupiter suggesting several wives and/or important liasions.

Elementally, this Putin is an airhead and planetary wise, a rimmed bucket with a Mars handle in the second house of acquisitions, and personal resources. Pluto is at the top of the chart, a degree away from the midheaven, shows popular acclaim is his greatest wish. Alas the South Node is nearby as. and suggests he is tactless oaf. Both Gemini and Sagittarius, and thus his Mars handle are hidden intercepted houses as it his Part of Fortune, “a Chinese laundry.”

Marc Edmund Jones called the South Node, “forward opportunities,” and at 18 Aquarius 37 we get the symbol of a “houseboat party” with the keyword of “Congeniality.” As it is in opposition to Pluto it has the warning of “thoughtless self-indulgence and contempt for the general welfare.”

Same Place, Different Time

This next chart is a proposed chart. Instea of 9:30 am I have at 4:02 in the afternoon. Put is still an air-head, time won’t change that but now he is See-Saw pattern perhaps emphasizing the break in his life climbing to the presidential post, and as president.

His ascendant is now 14 Capricorn 35 in the elevent house of networking but the real key that this could be right is that the ruler of the second house is Mars and it rules the ninth house of foreign affairs too. Here we see despite smiling Venus at 12 Scorpio 02, she is in hostile territory and suggests a strong belief in his remaking the Russian Empire in his glory. Alas this suggests he could be successful in his bid for Ukraine and of course the Russian juggernaut, will not stop there.

He has more Jones lines now too. Most striking is his lack of Line of Efficiency; obvious by who wasteful his war on Ukraine has been. His Line of motivation is inconjunct suggesting he is not what he seems and that makes sense as world leaders cannot be too open about their plans otherwise the competing players will know their next move. Finally, his Line of Social Significance is Square; it would seem he is very image conscious.

With so many planets in the eighth house of “Other People’s Money” or income, is Putin really Mr. Moneybags? And while his North Node has moved a degree to 19 Aquarius 58 it is retrograde, like so much of Putin’s vision, aiming to rebuild what was lost and opposing his Lilith conjunct Pluto in the sixth creating a Grand Square thanks to Venus and Jupiter, he really will do anything to make this happen.

In the meantime, what’s going on astrologically with Xi JingPing. His acclaimed birthday 15 June 1953 in Beijing. But if Russia is a riddle, wrapped in a mystery, inside an enigma then China would be an enigma wrapped in riddle enclosed in a mystery and it seems no one has anything to say about him. Very interesting….
