    I did a chart for Lee winning the New York state gubernatorial race and felt he would win. He did not, so I had to review the chart and discover why. Of course, the obvious reason is the number of people leaving New York is at an all-time high, and those were lost voting opportunities. Thus, Zeldin is out of touch with what New York is becoming — a chaotic mess instead of a shining beacon of opportunity.     Looking at the first date for Allen Dulles, I found lots of anomalies and the chart seemed more cobbled together than naturally created. All those qualms go by the wayside with the second chart for Dulles. Here I just took the date of APril 7th and kept the time and everything fit together showing he was more a product of his elder brother’s machinations than any inherent talents.
