No records could be found on A. W. Binnie. His chart is presented in Placidus format so it can compared to the listing that Marc Jones gives in his book The Sabian Symbols. Binnie was born October 1, 1889, a year after Jones himself, but in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Marc Jones has the wrong date but the right place for Mayor Becker. He cites Becker was born on September 13, 1876 at 9:38 am. His public biography says it was October 23, 1876. We went with the official date and rectified the Jones day. This gives the mayor a Sagittarius rising.
